At Brighton, we believe that our community members are our greatest advocates. To show our appreciation, we offer a Referral Program for current residents. Whether you’re a homeowner in a Brighton community or if you are leasing in any Brighton-managed rental property, when you introduce new residents to Brighton, you will each receive a $250 referral credit as a token of our gratitude.

How It Works:

Refer a New Resident: If you know someone looking for a new home or rental, refer them to any of our Brighton Communities. Ask them to complete the form on this page to make a record of your referral.
Receive Your Credit: Once they move in, both you and the new resident will each receive a $250 credit.
Enjoy and Repeat: There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, so keep sharing the love and enjoy the rewards!

In the event two or more referral forms are received for the same referred purchaser, the first one received will be considered the referral source. The referred person(s) must purchase a newly constructed Brighton home or sign a qualifying lease at a Brighton-managed property. The referral source must be listed before the purchase and sale or lease agreement has been signed. The $250 referral reward is payable after closing is complete.

Rent-to-Own Program

If you love renting in a Brighton-managed property, you’ll love owning a new Brighton home in one of our amenity-rich communities. When you’re ready to transition from renting to owning, this program helps you turn your rent payments into a future investment.

Program Details:

Monthly Credit: For every month you rent in a Brighton community, $250 of your rent payment will be credited towards the purchase of a new Brighton home.
Maximum Savings: Accumulate up to $3,000 in credit to make your homeownership dream a reality.

Both of these programs are our way of saying thank you and providing more value to those who choose to make a Brighton Community their home.
