How It Works:

1. Refer a New Resident: If you know someone looking for a new home, refer them to any of our active Brighton Communities. Ask them to complete the form on this page to make a record of your referral. They’ll need your address (preferred) or at least the name your your Brighton community. If it’s easier, you can also complete it on their behalf, just know that we’ll reach out to them so please make sure they are ok with us contacting them.
2. Receive Your Credit: When the home buyer you refer closes on their new Brighton home, you will BOTH receive $250. The new home owner will receive a credit at closing and you’ll receive a check from Brighton.
3. Enjoy and Repeat: There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, so keep sharing the love and enjoy the rewards!

Referral Program Rules

• In the event two or more referral forms are received for the same referred purchaser, the first one received will be considered the referral source.
• The referred person(s) must purchase a newly constructed Brighton home.
• The referral source must be listed before the purchase and sale agreement has been signed.
• The $250 referral reward is payable upon closing.
