Cadence at Bainbridge is our second active adult community of homes in Meridian ID. Our award-winning first Cadence community is sold out. We created Cadence at Bainbridge to meet the continuing demand for 55+ active adult communities in the Treasure Valley.

When you live in Cadence, you can enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle, planned social activities and on-site amenities. Instead of mowing the lawn on the weekend, you can go swimming or take a relaxing walk. When heavy snow falls in the winter, you can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate while the maintenance team plows your driveway.

The Cadence clubhouse has an indoor pool and spa, fitness room and billiard table. Outdoors you’ll find pickleball courts, a community dining patio, walking paths and green spaces. You can choose from more than a dozen home designs in Cadence. We offer one and two story homes ranging from 1,545 to 2,160 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two or three baths and two or three car garages.

Summer Sun is a two story home with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a two car garage. The home is a spacious 2,160 square feet. It features a first-floor owner’s suite, a den, open-plan living areas and first floor laundry room. The side patio off the dining area is sheltered on three sides for comfort and privacy. A storage area in the garage is ideal for sports equipment or a workbench.

The second level of the home has two bedrooms, a full bath with tub and a walk-in linen closet. We use only the highest quality components for our homes in Cadence, including hardwood floors, Bosch appliances and energy-saving features such as low-E windows and smart WiFi thermostats.
