In Brighton’s 25+ years of building homes in the Treasure Valley, we’ve learned much about what families want in their Meridian ID homes. We’ve incorporated many of these preferences into our popular Ballybunion floor plan.

Ballybunion is a 2,880-square-foot family home with flex spaces that can be adapted for changing uses as your family grows. Even large families can feel comfortable in this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath two-story home. It has a 3 car garage, providing plenty of parking and storage space.

The heart of the Ballybunion is its open-concept main living areas. The family room’s focal point is the fireplace flanked by built-in shelves and an entertainment center. Plentiful large windows bring in lots of natural light. The dining area has a door to the covered back patio, where you can enjoy outdoor meals or just relax and unwind. A pantry, mud room, and half bath are conveniently located between the kitchen and garage. Two flex spaces on the first floor make the Ballybunion one of our most versatile plans.
