Brighton Homes is ecstatic to receive the Idaho Business Review Reader Rankings 2020 for Best Home Builder! We would like to thank YOU, the readers, for voting for us as your favorite home builder.

Every year, the Idaho Business Review Reader Rankings are nominated then voted on by readers and subscribers. This year, over 600 companies were nominated across 50 categories.

Last year, 2019, was a milestone year for Brighton Homes as we celebrated out 25^th anniversary, and our 10 year commitment to building 100% Energy Star Certified homes. We also expanded building to the Nampa/Caldwell area in our new community, Arbor.

So far, 2020 has brought FOUR national awards from the National Association of Home Builders Best of 55+ council. Additionally, we are in the midst of our first ever Virtual Parade of Homes. AND we were awarded IBR’s Best Home Builder.
